Just before the holidays, over 100 employees of Massachusetts-based furniture manufacturer AIS participated in the United Way of North Central Massachusetts Combat Hunger initiative to help feed local families in need.

Emmy-winning artist and producer Susie Frazier lived for years with undiagnosed ADHD and anxiety disorders. Today, she uses her personal experiences to pinpoint changes designers can make to help employees living with mental illness, including incorporating employee quiet spaces, taking a mindful approach to art and more.
