LOS ANGELES - It is with great sorrow that Enkeboll Designs reported that Stephen Enkeboll, 49, passed away suddenly at his home in Malibu, CA, on Tuesday, September 2nd. Stephen was the son of the late Raymond Enkeboll, founder of Carson-based Enkeboll Designs.
After his father's death in 1996, Stephen carried on the wonderful work of his family as director of the Enkeboll Foundation for the Arts and Architecture. Stephen worked diligently to continue the tradition of supporting the field of art and architecture through trade seminars and working with colleges throughout the country. He was also a member of the Foundation for Design Integrity, a group of leading designers and manufacturers dedicated to promoting industry awareness to protect original design.
John Pujol, president and CEO of Enkeboll Designs, expressed the company's condolences. "We are deeply saddened by this tragic news and our hearts and blessings go out to the Enkeboll extended family. Stephen is beloved and will be sorely missed."
