Speakers
Dan Chancey serves as Property Manager at Grubb & Ellis Co., in Memphis, TN. He is a current member of the BOMA International Executive Committee and has been extremely active on the local and regional levels, serving as President of BOMA/Memphis in 2004 and 2005. A veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Dan exemplifies ambitious leadership, working his way up from Maintenance Manager to Property Manager. He is one of the founders of "Alliance of Tennessee BOMA," a recipient of the BOMA/Memphis "Member of the Year" award and an active promoter of the BOMA Southern Region Conference.
Tara K. Gorman focuses her practice on general commercial real estate transactions, including commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, hotel acquisitions, operations, development and finance, office leasing, various financing transactions involving lender and borrower representation and telecommunications and access matters on behalf of building owners and managers. Tara regularly prepares and counsels clients regarding real estate finance documents, purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements and a host of other legal practices.
