GEI Headquarters First to Carry LEED and GREENGUARD Certifications

GREENGUARD Environmental Institute (GEI) is relocating its Atlanta headquarters to new offices that will be a model of sustainable construction and indoor air quality management. Scheduled for completion in December 2007, the project is registered with USGBC's LEED® for Commercial Interiors rating system. GEI will also certify the space under its GREENGUARD for Building Construction ProgramSM, which establishes best practices for reducing moisture and mold risk. When completed, the office will be the first commercial space to carry both certifications. For more information on GEI programs and indoor air quality, visit www.greenguard.org.
