The 10500 Series by HON

Who are you?
I'm not my old self, that's for sure. I'm the 10500 Series, and even though I have the same "bone" structure that's made me a workplace staple over the past decade, I recently went under the knife for a massive makeover. I'm now better than ever.

Where are you from?
Muscatine, Iowa—former pearl button capital of the world on the Mississippi River.

Aside from sugar and spice and everything nice, what else are you made of?
The short answer: I'm a collection of laminate workstation desks and storage. The long answer: I'm a robust menu of options that includes 20 full pedestal desks; configurations for a reception desk and hanging transaction counter; U-shaped, L-shaped and corner workstations; a new rudder-shaped plus bullet-shaped peninsula; return shell; stack-on storage cabinets; hutch units; square end cap bookcases; and wardrobe.

What word best describes you?

What are your biggest turn-ons?
Though my given name is 10500 (pronounced "ten-five-hundred"), I'm not just another number. Call me "Baby"—that turns me on. And you absolutely can put this Baby in a corner, or just about anywhere else. I work wherever you need me.

What are your biggest turn-offs?
Doubting Thomases, Debbie Downers and other naysayers who think you cannot furnish a work environment attractively, practically and economically.

In what type of interior environments do you make the greatest impact?
I'm the company bonus, fitting in whether the office layout is private, collaborative, individual or teaming; whether the company is small, medium or large; and whether I'm used by a manager, supervisor, support staff or a corner-office-with-a-skyline-view executive.

What would be your dream job?
Place me in a corporate campus with multiple tiers of workers where a consistent, unified look with a single furnishing platform is the design quest. That's Nirvana for me.
