WOW Factor! training can be effective as an orientation for newcomers or those new to calling on interior designers, as well as a source of fresh insight for those with years of experience. The information presented in WOW Factor! training was collected from interior designers in nine metropolitan areas using surveys and telephone interviews. The result is a set of ideas for dealers and others based on comments from the interior designers themselves.
The training covers the information designers find most useful during the specification process, ways to customize design presentations, and communication and selling skills that build loyalty. Real-world stories and experiences make this training uniquely relevant and actionable.
To make training as convenient and as tailored to each situation as possible, WOW Factor! is offered as an online, streaming video presentation or as on-site, live session. The on-site sessions can be the presentation alone that lasts one hour, or as a three-hour workshop.
