USGBC and AIA Unveil National Report for Greening America's Schools
The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA) today unveiled "Local Leaders in Sustainability: A Special Report from Sundance", which outlines a five-point national plan that mayors and local leaders can use as a framework to develop and implement green schools initiatives.

IIDA Announces New 2011-2012 President and Board Members
The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) will induct Peter Conant, IIDA, managing principal at Conant Architects, New York, NY, as the Association's president for the 2011-2012 term. Conant will be inducted at the Association's Annual Meeting on June 12, 2011 at the Museum of Contemporary Art.
